TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Locations:

The rates include the rental of a pitch (about 100 m²) for 3 people, water and electricity (10 A), access to the sanitary facilities and all the activities offered by the campsite.

For each pitch, the choice to install a motor home + one car or a caravan + one car or a tent (or several for 6 people) + one car.

Pitches are available all day and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure.

Each pitch can accommodate up to 6 people (including children and babies) with supplements.

Dogs are accepted (except dogs of^1st and^2nd category), they must be vaccinated against rabies (vaccination booklet to be presented), be kept on a leash, must not bark continuously and excrements must be picked up.

A deposit will be required in case of non-compliance with these conditions and a supplement of 3€ per day for the animal.

Rentals :

The rates include the rental of the accommodation for 2,4 to 6 people, the consumption of water, gas and electricity and the tourist tax and access to all the activities of the campsite.

Rentals are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure;

The installation of an additional tent is not allowed;

A deposit will be required in case of non-compliance with these conditions and a supplement of 3€ per day for the animal.

A deposit of 450 € is paid on arrival in case of damage to the accommodation and 60 € if the cleaning is not done, by check or bank transfer (VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD);

A valid civil liability insurance certificate must be provided upon arrival.

The accommodations must be returned in perfect condition (cleaned, dusted, dishes done, refrigerator and cooking elements cleaned, etc.). Otherwise, a sum of 60 € will be kept.

Reservations:

Reservations guarantee a pitch or rental accommodation at the time of your choice. In July/August, the minimum reservation period is one week for rentals (no restriction for camping pitches). Outside of these dates, the minimum duration is 3 nights (for any request for a shorter duration: please contact us).

How to book ?

Reservation by internet: validate your reservation by checking the box “I accept the conditions of reservation”, a confirmation of reservation and stay will be sent to you by email as soon as the deposit (30% of the price of the stay) is received.

Reservation by phone: we will send you a contract to be returned to us with the deposit (30%)

Reservation by mail: we will send you a contract to return with the deposit (30%)

For all reservations, please take out cancellation insurance.

Payment of installments :

As mentioned above, deposits must be paid at the same time as the reservation.

Payment of the balance of the stay :

For the pitches: the balance of your stay must be paid at your arrival at the campsite

For rentals: the balance must be paid at least 30 days before your arrival date.

If you have made your reservation on the site and you wish to pay the balance with the same credit card:

– The balance will be automatically deducted from the credit card used to pay the deposit 1 month before the arrival date.

If you have booked by mail or if you wish to pay with another credit card or another means of payment (check, vacation vouchers or transfer) :

You will have to pay the balance at the latest 30 days before your arrival date by contacting our consultants by phone.

We will send you a confirmation by return, you will have to present it at your arrival;

The Campsite reserves the right, in the absence of payment within the time limit indicated, to unilaterally cancel the reservation of the rental. In this case, the down payments will be kept.

Please mention your special wishes, if any. The maximum will be done to satisfy them according to the availabilities, but the camp-site cannot in any way guarantee their satisfaction. In particular, no specific location or accommodation (except the type of accommodation) can be insured;

If the desired period is full, we will offer you another choice of dates as close as possible to your wishes. Thank you, in this case, to answer us by return so that we can confirm or cancel your reservation, according to your choice.

Access :

An access code is required to enter the campsite with your vehicle. This code will be communicated to you on arrival or when you confirm your reservation;

Vehicle access is permitted from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m;

The speed limit is 10 km/h, we thank you in advance for your efforts in this direction, for the safety and comfort of all.

One entry per person for access to the pool will be available at the reception each day.

Means – methods of payment :

Specify the name of the reservation in the wording.

Payment by : check, Chèques Vacances (ANCV), credit card (Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard) or bank transfer.

Please note that bank transfers and foreign checks (outside the euro zone) generate fees that depend on the foreign services of the banking institutions and that will be charged to you. Only the amounts actually received will be retained.

Late arrival or early departure:

If you have booked, you must inform us of your possible delay by e-mail or mail. If you fail to do so, your pitch will become available again 48 hours after your contractual arrival date;

In case of early departure, your stay will be charged, in the case of a stay booked until the contractual date initially planned.

Cancellation/Cancellation Insurance:

We propose the cancellation insurance “Campe Couvert”.
Subscription period:
For the cancellation guarantee to be valid, this contract must be taken out simultaneously with the reservation of the stay or before the start of the cancellation fee schedule.
This insurance covers late arrival, interruption of stay, replacement vehicle, forgotten personal items in the rental, assistance with covid extension. (Do not hesitate to ask us for information).

Pitches and rentals :

The reservation contract will be cancelled by right and the sums paid will be kept by the campsite as compensation in the following cases:

Cancellation of the stay
Shortened stay
Absence on the scheduled day of arrival without notice
Subletting of the site
Tenant’s misrepresentation
Modification of the reservation contract after signature
Presence of undeclared animals on the campsite
